The Gold Tasting Experience is the it is the quintessence of a tasting of our wines. You’ll try the best of our wines and the most iconic of our wines, the Don Paolo 2010 Gold Edition. WHAT'S INCLUDED • Welcome with an experiential vineyard tour at 1:00 PM in Italian or 15PM • Wine selection: o Dòrè Bianco – Quality Millesimato Spumante 100% Organic Caprettone, Long Charmat Method; o Vigna Lapillo Bianco – Lacryma Christi Superiore del Vesuvio DOC, legendary wine obtained from a blend of volcanic grapes; o Latikadea – 100% White Falanghina obtained from ungrafted vines; o Frupa – Resilient red obtained from 100% Piedirosso grapes; o Don Paolo GOLD EDITION Aglianico 2010 – our exclusive founder's reserve produced in a limited edition; o Blind tasting of a surprise historic vintage! Frupa Experience Serum Anti-Age: sensory experience of our anti-age serum made with extracts of Piedirosso organic grapes grown in the volcanic lava of 79 AD eruption. The Gold journey will be paired with the following dishes from our farmer kitchen: • Starter: charcuterie, grilled vegetables, homemade casatiello, vegetable balls, polenta; • First course: Gnocchi alla Sorrentina (tomato and cheese); • Cheese tasting: trio of cheeses paired with our organic jams; • Dark chocolate tasting • Homemade dessert NOTES: • Menu available for celiacs, vegans, vegetarians, and general intolerances declared at the time of booking. • Children's menu available. • Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the event; otherwise, it is non-refundable.
